Happy to be here

Friendly atmosphere, light filled apartment, excellent maintenance team. Helpful management. Good security, grounds kept up. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Very happy to have landed at Burbank Village Apartments!

I like it, don't love it.

I mainly moved here as the previous property manager was wonderful and truly cared for the area. I haven't seen a property manager since she moved. I do appreciate the cleaniliness and quality apartments. I wish there were more washing machines. Nothing really negative to say.

Noticeable Decline Since Previous Property Manager

The residents of this community are incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, since the departure of the previous building manager, there has been a noticeable decline in the sense of community here. The new building manager seems uninterested in fostering the same warm and inclusive atmosphere. We used to have a monthly newsletter celebrating residents' birthdays and featuring pets, but that has been discontinued. Additionally, the ‘Breakfast On the Go’ initiative is now nonexistent. It seems as though the role of building manager has become just another job to the new incumbent. While this might be acceptable in a different context, it feels unjustifiable given the high and continuously rising rent we are paying. It is crucial for the company to take this matter seriously and ensure that the property manager is not only capable of performing their duties but is also genuinely interested in cultivating a positive community. We need someone who is approachable and invested in the residents’ well-being, not someone who simply sits behind a closed door.
