Great neighbors, peaceful. Accesible to public transportation & local business

The only problems I have living here are the level of noise at night from children still running and screaming going on 12am. My side of building 10 used to be for the older residents. Now they're putting an abundance of unsupervised children to run around screaming all day. It seems they're trying to drive us out. Also, since it's several people living in one bedroom apartments, their company sometimes parks in my alloted spot in the carport. The office personnel has always been professional and efficient to any needs you might have. Gets the repairs done asap.
