life
Been here 12 years. I suffered a few cold winters until the heat pump died. Then It had to be replaced. After a warm winter in the apartment ( I work full time in an outside environment. I am 74) I find my health is greatly improved. The parking lot around my parking space is used by the unit close by as a playground for children. I feel I need permission to go in and out of my space.

Hello, I have been a resident for a number of years and I am happy living here. I have respectful neighbors and also had my share of disrespectful ones. But overall, this place is affordable, is located nearby shopping areas, and staff is very friendly.
