I have lived here over 10 years through all the changes. I would love to go through a year without any changes. I do not know the new people in the office.

I moved in on April 4, 2025. Within the first month, my oven became inoperable, my front closet door fell off the track as a result of water damage near the hardware. Despite numerous requests to management, maintenance,and postal employees, I still do not have access to my mailbox. I have only been able to retrieve my mail twice which has lead to severe issues including the discharge from necessary mental health appointments and four days without power or heat. This led to unnecessary expenses for lighting, heat, transportation, and housing. I have sent emails to GreyStar Corporate for reimbursement but they have not responded.

Going on 6 years here at Harbor Park. Big changes have occurred, with a whole new staff. Looking forward to what's new in our near future. Only has one maintenance worker so far, and he was nice.
