Poor Quality

For the price of the unit you would think you had private washer/dryer. That maintenance staff would actually do work and listen to tenant about issues not just do what is easy for them. Dog park poorly Maintained. No security or anyone checking for parking permits. Some positives are the laundry room and the pool as well as the small little workout room.

Great apartment

My boyfriend and I have been here for 2yrs now and we love it here. Our neighbors are nice and the staff here is so nice always. The maintenance men also very friendly and quick to help out when requested.
