Very beautiful

The apartments driving by are very beautiful that is what got me to look into leasing I've been here now for a year and inside is nice as well Kitchen is very spacious (there are outdated appliances but at least it comes with every major appliance needed) Including washer and dryer The closet off master bedroom is GORGEOUS and the guest bedroom closet is a decent size as well.

Not very good

I moved in these apartments a little more than 48 hours ago. On the day I moved in I went to take a shower to notice the water was not going down it had filled up most of the tub, my husband checked it and there was nothing he could do to make the water go down. We waited till the next morning to call into office to see if maintenance was available(also to see if the water did go down) the emergency number that was given on the recorder didn't work we tried more than a handful of times but nothing. I called before office opened on the next business day and left a message never got a return call when recorder states office opens at 9:00 am, I didn't get a live person till closer to 10:00 am when I explained to her what happened she stated that someone would be out to take care of it. My husband went to the office around 3;30 to follow up since no one had came yet, which he was told at that time someone once again would be out by the end of the day, he also went back to office around 5:45/5:50 pm to ask again and no one seem to be there but again office hours are 9:00 am-6:00 pm. It's now 8:37 pm and guess what NO ONE HAS CAME OUT TO FIX IT!!! Husband took it upon himself to use a pan to drawn some water out. Now to add to the situation I went to wash dishes to start unpacking kitchen to find out there's a leak underneath the sink once again my husband went to check it out and found a metal object in the sink. Don't they check all this before a new tenant moves in??? Tried calling emergency maintenance number that's given on voicemail and still not a working number.. Talked to a tenant outside who stated that there's NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ON CALL and that it usually takes maintenance like 2 days to get out and fix anything. I don't know why this complex gives out FALSE INFORMATION from either the managers or voicemail.. Also this complex asks for all kinds of information before you move in, but obviously gives new tenants FALSE information regarding the complex...
