Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Rent $50/month per pet. Additional security deposit $500. The apartments driving by are very beautiful that is what got me to look into leasing I've been here now for a year and inside is nice as well Kitchen is very spacious (there are outdated appliances but at least it comes with every major appliance needed) Including washer and dryer The closet off master bedroom is GORGEOUS and the guest bedroom closet is a decent size as well.
