Been here 6yrs I absolutely love it . The value & location alone make it worth the price.
Maintenance
I would like to commend Eduardo and Mike for doing a superb job at my unit. Mike replaced the exhaust fan with a new one in the bathroom and Eduardo fixed the patio screen door and replaced the window screens in the bedrooms. They make sure that everything is to my satisfaction. They also cleaned up before they left. These employees deserve a "RECOGNITION" for a job well done!
A nice place to live
The Canyon Club Apartments is a nice place to live. Generally the complex is quite. There is noise from the street and freeway but it is normally tolerable. I have not had a chance to experience all of the amenities because of reasonable Covid restrictions. Parking for residents is good. Guest parking or extra vehicle parking is sparse. Making a request for maintenance is very easy. I chose to apply and accept a unit at Canyon Club Apartments because of the very reasonable rental rate. The staff are all very helpful and nice while remaining professional. Canyon Club Apartments are easily located to Grocery shopping, the Montclair Place, Walmart and Costco. I strongly recommend that you apply for residence at Canyon Club Apartments.
