Great Location

I am living here in this apartment since May 2023 and this is very nice community. Some times little noisy at the night time but overall it is quite and good. I live in building 02 but there is some others who is living in building number 01 that are not not good. they have garage in the front of my garage and they hit my car one time and they run but luckily some one informed me about this and my i have to pay $500 from my pocket because she doesnot have any insurance and she is done domestic violence in past neighbor told me that. Also i report to leagcy manger but she said its your personal matter. Also many things in aparmtent is not working while i was moved in this apartment & need time to check but manager give us time only for 3 days which is not enough.

Socializing

I would like to have a better schedule to use the amenities..and fix the chimney, do some activities to meet the neighbors we need to socialize..do a board of services between neighbors to offer and request service.

Nice area to live in

It is a nice area with lots of amenities. The neighbors are most of the time quiet, and friendly. The office staff are friendly, and helpful. The manager Diana is very nice, and helpful. The rest of the staff are also nice, and ready to help. The maintenance are friendly, and show up fast to address any problems. Overall it's a nice place to live.
