This location is one of the most affordable properties for the value provided, especially in the area that it is in! The staff are always friendly and caring; many times they will be giving out goodie-bags to people on their way out of the complex! I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout the years, and this is by far my favorite location, as it satisfies many different points from price to location to management.

I like the management. I like the good familly's, kids and people. I like my garden. Heating and air isn't sufficient for the price that is being asked for rent at this apartment complex. My a[artment rent has gone up 2 time dramatically in 1 1/2 year and my heat has declined. I should not have to go out and purchase my own product to heat my apartment when you are charging me as much as other forced air apartments for this old complex. Also, I miss the old beautiful trees .

Raised rates 400.00 2 years. OVER PRICED OLD NO CENTRAL AIR OR HEAT. POOR TO NO CELL SERVICE IN THIS AREA. I HAVE TO GO OUT TO ALLEY TO SEND A TEXT MOST OF THE TIME. Poor Laundry Service. They are always broken. down for weeks on end. Have had my debit card stolen 2 times. Used to be pretty with nice trees and have cut them all down. now lacks shade to cool apartments to keep them cool with the wall units when hot. Cabinets don't close because they have 50 coats of paint they are so old. Toilet constantly runs. Have asked to have fixed but no fix it has been running for months because it is so old. Need I go on this is an old complex and you have raised your fees like you are some resort which you are not.

I only use a carport. Laundry works fine. Pool and jacuzzi are fine. Heater and Airconditioner are old fashioned and rent is a little high for what is offered for that and cabinetry.
