Hard to get a hold of manager

Location is great as is the apartment. Mail is bad. Mailroom has items stolen regularly.

Great Place

I have lived here for a few months and I love the interior of the apartments. The amenities are well kept and whenever I need maintenance I simply put in a request and it is taken care of quickly. Only downside is the parking. There is not enough parking spaces available for myself or if I have guests. You either have to grab a space early in the morning to park near your apartment. I also wish the walls were more sound proof because most of the time I can hear everything my neighbors above me are doing even when their phones vibrate on a surface.

I like this place so quiet and friendly neighbors. I have no problem with the staff and management. I will definitely recommend this place.
