I lived at oak park for almost 6 years and before valerie became manager it the property was dirty, noisy, broken down cars and no parking, maintenance issues. I just recently moved but I would definitely recommend living there now. Valerie is a great manager and does her job well. thank you Valerie

I have been a resident for a long time. I was recently given a notice to move for remodel. I went in to the office and talked with the manager Valerie, she was welcoming with a big smile on her face and she was helpful getting me thru the process of applying for a newer apartment. I’m so excited to start a new adventure in a new apartment here. Not only am I grateful for her help but i also feel privileged to live in such a great place. Since she’s took over the apartments it has cleaned up so much to the point where I let my kids go outside and make new friends. I also would like to thank the owners for giving these apartments a chance, and for putting so much effort into making this a better place. I’m so Ecstatic to move in to my new place!!!!

I’ve been at this community for almost 3 months now and it has been an overall great experience! The Apt Manager is very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. The neighbors are friendly as well and I feel very safe and relaxed in my new home. The property also has continuous surveillance which is an added bonus. Not to mention the actual apartments are newly remodeled, so it’s very nice inside!
