Construction site next door.

Construction next door plus complex is also a construction site in itself. Very loud by 7:30 am. Not ideal for non-early risers.

The management is worse

Overall everything is good but tue management and the maintenance is not good. They don’t do anything at all and also its is the landlords duty to pay for maintenance they charge the tenants for it.

We love living here so far. The place is clean, neighbors are friendly, amenities like the gym room are convenient, and the apartment manager is great to work with!
