I chose this apartment because it’s close to shopping centers and everything I need is nearby. I’ve been living here for about three months now, and overall my experience has been good. The maintenance team and the leasing office staff are really great. They are fast, reliable, and helpful whenever something needs attention. The apartment complex is also clean and well maintained. One thing I don’t like is that it really depends on which floor you live on. The upper floors are definitely better because the ceilings are very thin. I can hear people walking and constant rhytmical pounding from upstairs and sometimes even conversations from neighbors. On the positive side, parking is included, which is convenient. So there are definitely some pros and cons. Overall, I would give it 4 stars.

The stay at Palmetto Apts is very inving. The grounds are kept very nice. The staff are pleasant. The neighbors are nice Everything is nice and clean.

Have an old worn oven visibly embarrassing,had very old sink that was replaced do to age and leaking issue which should have been relapsed prior to move in. We also paid at 100% our own expense to beautify the apt have hard work floor floor place in 2 rooms to replace 70's style burgundy shag carpet. I believed management and ownership missed a good opportunity to do what was right, showing true value for the customer. Maintenance and management team is friendly and attentive, though there have been times we've been inconvenienced by a lack of having basic balances and checks in place.
