Peaceful and safe place to live. Ms Lisa our property manager is very accommodating and would always make sure to resolve any issues regarding the apartment

The Pavilion is a great place for singles and couples to live at. I just can’t get over how quiet it is every night!! The kids that do live here are so well behaved and aren’t running around screaming like at my last place. The on site manager responds fairly quickly to any issues, and is willing to help with what she can, even answering texts after hours. I absolutely love living here. I just finished my first year here and I already knew I was renewing my lease by the second month in!!! If there was one thing I could criticize… maybe make a door or pathway that leads from the parking lot to the inside of the apartments that doesn’t take you outside? And FINALLY FIX THE HOT TUB??? Please???? Other than that, this place feels like home to me.
