They showed me two <1" strains and charged $440. Surprisingly, those are caused by daily water usage near sinks. Not sure how one avoids them.

This apartment is located in the core of the bay area. If you are working in any IT companies that are located in the bay area, then this place is 'hassle-free'. Famous malls, public parks, good-school, and Costco are nearby. Pros: 1. Cal-train station is walkable(>0.5 miles). 2. Indian markets and grocery shops are walkable. 3. Good community with ample parking and space to walk. 4. Very good place for children, since the walking space inside the community is huge and traffic free. Cons: 1. Old construction apartment. The kitchen equipment, closet are pretty old. 2. Zero insulation. If your house has a nearby redwood tree, then you would feel extreme cold during winter(nearly 4-5 months). 3. The heaters and air conditioners are very old. So, you may have to have your own devices to manage heat or cold. 4. All the doors will be covered with water during winter. That makes a foul smell throughout the day. 5. Noisy environment(many constructions are going on at this time)
