Scooters for children left in walkways.

The complex is fairly well-maintained although leaf blowing is excessively used on property, whereas started masks and other debris doesn't seem to be picked up. Also larger issue is the large groups of children under the age of 12, who are unintended by adults playing in between the buildings on a daily basis causing a noise level that is extremely disruptive not exactly what I anticipated when I first moved here. Children's scooters are left in walkways unattended.

Living place

Been living here for +10 years, and my apartment is right next playground which is why I have more noise from kids. It is OK for me, no big deal. Staff from the office are professional + nice + helpful. I regcoment whom looking for a place to live this is the one. Good luck to everyone.

Noisy children unattended.

It's a beautiful complex, but the children here who are usually under the age of 10 run around rampant and unattended with no adult supervision. These children will run around screaming at the top of their lungs, usually far from their unit, with not a single parent in sight. Three of these boys stomped on a sprinkler just outside of my unit causing it to continuously leak. Also I'd like to mention that by my parking space 196 someone is smoking cigarettes and what I believe to be marijuana, they throwing the butts right where I enter my vehicle. You for your time.

Excellent service.

It's lovely living here, but it would be nice if more ground cover was implemented north of the office towards 900.
