location is very good and convenient for me, but building is very old noisy, my appliances are very old, my windows get stuck my screens fall off... but convenient

I’ve been here a year and almost a month now. I love the property and just about everything about my unit. The unit itself was and is in great condition and you can tell thw property overall is well maintained. Mariya, who manages rhe property, is lovely and helpful. She clearly cares about making the property work well for all of us. She also responds quickly to communication regarding any maintenance issues. Only issue is the parking lot, and specifically the spor for our unit. It is a very tight two spot section of parking, made more difficult by the roots of a tree encroaching on one corner, and the brick wall that pokes into our parking spot at the front of the space. Add to this the fact that clearly roots and shifting earth have caused a lot of cracks and uneven ground under the parking spot, that has just been paved iver without any flattening. We’re masterful at it by now, but if the neighbor isnt as vigilant about staying on their half it quickly becomes almost impossible to fit without hitting the edges of the car on the hugher bumps or the rocks of varying sizes along the space. So, yeah. The parking is “rustic” and not ideal, but in the scheme of things, it’s a small thing that is outweighed by all the good things. This place is home for now and I am very happy to be here.
