Courtyard needs work.

It a little outdated outside. The paint is peeling and the walkway/balconies on second floor, flood in the rain. The parking is a little difficult because of the tight space and stair like parking that you have to be cautious not to hit the cars next to you and not drive your wheel off the ledge and seriously damage the axel of the car. Thank you

Management takes long to resolve issues within unit

Location is great. Management very slow on getting issues in the apartment resolved. I need to constantly be reminding them of the issue to have it resolved

Happy Dweller

I have lived here for 8.5 months now, and I enjoy it. All the amenities I need, like a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a nice sized kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, works well to meet my needs. The renovated apartments are tastefully designed with nice finishes. There is a friendly community vibe, with a mix of families, young professionals and single people. I thought the noise would be bad with the pet policy allowing dogs, but I don't find it to be a problem to hear the occasional dog barking. There are a lot of added amenities like a pool, gym space, BBQ area, and additional washer and dryer, which are nice to have, especially in South Pasadena where these are not common for apartment dwellers. The one criticism I'd give is that I wish the owner would improve the exterior grounds, by taking out the tired and dying landscape, planters and furniture, and replace them with new landscape and provide better poolside seating to make the courtyard better. A lot of kids use the tables, and it would be nice to have more places for people to sit and relax outside. I have had a handful of maintenance issues occur, but management is quick to respond, and their maintenance crew is very helpful and friendly. The cost is slightly high for the area, but you do get more than the average apartment, and the location is in the heart of South Pasadena, where everything is in walking distance. I would recommend living here.

Little paradise

We’re Sad to leave her our little paradise. This home is beautiful we’ve loved living here. If we didn’t have to move for a job opportunity we would’ve stayed for a long time.
