I lived for 2 years. It's a great location in San Gabriel Valley. Close to Metro and 110 freeway. It has a beautiful pool and a great neighbor.

This apt is located in the middle of S.pasadena where you can walk everywhere (Trader Joe's, library, school, metro, bus, Pavillion etc). Very convenient to take the 110 highway. Pros: location, location, location, no carpet inside, well maintained, pool, good neighbors. Cons: a little noisy (not the apt neighbors, but the neighbors nearby)..

Quaint

Love the location and all the people that live here. The parking is a struggle though, uneven, and the trash often overflows into the lot. The pipes are pretty loud especially when neighbors shower. Paint is a bit old.
