Quaint

Love the location and all the people that live here. The parking is a struggle though, uneven, and the trash often overflows into the lot. The pipes are pretty loud especially when neighbors shower. Paint is a bit old.

Happy at the Annandale Terrace Apartment

We've just landed here and have only been here for a few week but we are so happy! The manager has been so communicative and accommodating during the move-in process. The apartment is clean and updated. All of the tenants are so kind. The neighborhood couldn't be better. We can walk to downtown S. Pasadena and get anything we need. We are very grateful to have found this apartment complex.
