Love this apartment complex only thing id work on the parking. And bring back the office stafff and person to person interction.

Just finishing up my one year lease and there has been some great changes in relation to parking. There use to be many unauthorized vehicles that park in the apartment complex, but with the new rule, there has been more space. However, there might be some times where you wouldn't be able to find a space after 9 PM which is why I am moving out so I wouldn't have to discuss with my roommate when each of us will be home late. This is pretty normal though. They've also recently been working on the roofs of select groups of apartments. Has the amenities you need, a gym, pools, and a kid's playground. Great and quick maintenance staff. Overall, one of the inexpensive apartment complexes around the area.

Peace and quiet. Everyone is respectful. So far i met two staff, they were very professional and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone.
