Quick, skillful, and always with a smile, he’s the hero you didn’t know your apartment needed. The building is spotless, like sparkling spotless, and it’s pet-friendly, which means your furry friends are as welcome as you are! Negotiations? Easy and respectful – like talking with old friends. Location-wise, it’s a dream. You’ve got Trader Joe’s, parks, and even a fantastic mall just a stroll away. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, and it feels like the perfect mix of convenience and community. It’s truly the family I left back in Brazil, right here in this little apartment oasis!

The apartment manager was incredibly efficient with showing the unit and moving me in right away. All of the residents are nice and the community here is very friendly and kind. This place feels like home and it's right next to my favorite park that I walk to daily and there's unofficial dog park meet-up nearby off Addison as well.

Beautiful and Wonderful place to live. Everything is so close by Trader Joes, Bloomingdales, mall, pet smart etc. Beautiful park to walk your dog as well. Manager Angelika And Maintenance manager Mario are amazing and very helpful. I really appreciate their speedy response on all my housing questions and doing a very professional job. Love living here.

I moved across country and finding the right apartment was the biggest stresser. Luckily I waited to get out here because this complex is by far the best you can find in the area ...the value price is just a plus. So many websites were beyond misleading with their pictures and descriptions. I can honestly say what you see is what you get from the website to real life here. VERY well maintained and would recommend. Feels safe, clean, homie, and spacious
