Too much noise, too many water shut offs without notice, too many issues with people parking behind my car for over a year, too much coming into my apartment for "inspections." Any time I submit a request or have an issue it takes far too long to be resolved. Over the summer I was left without functioning AC for a month. People run leaf blowers and other loud equipment early in the morning and it's extremely disruptive for anybody who works later at night and sleeps later into the morning. I feel like I'm constantly being gouged for money and ignored any time there is an actual issue. I wouldn't recommend anybody live here.

Good not great

Noise is minimal. Only 4 washer and 5 dryers coing and app operated. Clean for the most part. Only one parking spot per unit.

Parking Spaces you will only get one but other than that everything is good. Clean and quiet Landry mat is almost never occupied and you use an app to pay so it’s easy.
