AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Unethical Management & Breach of Lease Living at this property has been an absolute nightmare from day one. The management company has consistently failed to uphold their end of the lease, and any attempts to hold them accountable are met with silence, hostility, or retaliation. Maintenance? Completely ignored. Repeated requests go unaddressed for weeks, if at all. Flooding, pest control, and other serious habitability issues are brushed aside as if they’re not even happening. I’ve dealt with unsanitary conditions and repeated safety concerns with little to no intervention from management. They play games with fees and lease terms. Expect to be blindsided by surprise charges, shifting utility responsibilities, and attempts to rewrite your lease without your consent. I was handed notices demanding payment for fees that were never agreed to — all while they had already accepted rent. This is a clear violation of tenant rights. And when you push back? They try to evict you. I was served a baseless 3-day notice for conditions they themselves created, right after I followed up about unresolved pest control issues. It’s intimidation and retaliation — plain and simple. If you value your sanity, stability, or basic rights as a tenant, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This management company is exploitative, unresponsive, and operates in bad faith.

Very poor management who does not respond. Building is poorly managed. There is no onsite , they shut off water illegally without notice or give a notcie when the water has already been shut off and theyvstates its an emergency shut off. You cant call anyone becuase they dont proivde a direct number just coperate office who dont even know anyrhign and always say someone will be in touch.
