We have been living here for a few months snd have had a great experience. The building only comes with one parking space per unit. If you have multiple cars it may be difficult to find parking later in the day. The amenities of the building are great and staff is consistently keeping everything clean.

Staff is super friendly and professional. If there are any issues, which is little to none, the staff and maintence team are quick to fix. Dog friendly apartment which is awesome!! Parking is included which is a PLUS considering this is LA. There is an AC unit as well, which is cool due to summer weather. Utilities included so the AC is always running to maintains a good temperature. The location is great too. Thank you Jessica and Sarai, plus the entire cleaning crew and maintence staff. Moved in a few months back and already considering renewing my lease after the term.
