I have lived here for 3 years now and my family and I are so happy. Mostly because the buidling is pretty well maintained and neighbors are nice. Also I find Maintenance staff and Manager are always at service and willing to help out.

I moved into my apartment almost a month ago. The management team were so amazing through the entire process. The maintenance crews worked efficiently to get my apartment to move-in-ready status. After I moved in, management team reached and sent maintenance over to assure that all things were as they were supposed to be. I love the apartment and the management team. (The freeway is directly behind the apartment, so you can feel an occasional tremble when large trucks go by. Other than that, it is peaceful and quiet.) I LOVE IT!! :-)

During this heat storm my ac was registering at times 98. As a long time now elderly woman with a small dog I could not take the heat even with fans going. There seemed to be an issue with getting the ac guy here. Mario got involved and he was here, adding freeon and it's now working. He was here maybe 5 minutes. I don't know what I would have done without Mario. He is the best.

My husband and I have lived at Brody Terrace in a 2bed/1.5bath for a little over three years, and we have loved it! The smaller building with a well-kept courtyard feels a lot more secure and homey than the massive apartment complexes you find around the city, and the community size also means that any sort of work orders are filled very fast. The apartment itself is sizable and gets a lot of natural light. It also has a great stone fireplace, which really makes the living room cozy. The kitchen had just been renovated when we moved in and all of the cabinetry and counters are good quality. There are also a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. As a couple with two cars, a HUGE plus for us on move-in was two garage parking spots underneath the building. Last, what really made living here easy was the management: Angelika, the property manager, and Mario, the maintenance man, are always quick to respond to tenant needs, and are very polite and friendly. They're the type of property managers that will go out of their way to accommodate you, and that's hard to find in Los Angeles. We would both definitely recommend checking out Brody Terrance if you're looking for a new place to live!

Let me just say that our move in experience could not have been better. Our property manager, Angie, guided us through the process from beginning to end and made everything so easy for us. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her so far. Since we have moved in, any issues or concerns that we have had were addressed by management right away!
