Lived here over 40 years. Management changes, rules change, maintenance changes. Generally a very nice building. My apartment is old and needs more maintenance than probably others.

Been here since 2008. Love the neighborhood weather and park proximity. Lost trust in repair responsiveness, end up paying for drano more than i want to. indoor laundry would be nice. meh.

Be careful, this building is constantly under construction, lots of noise and no warnings in advance. Rental discount for disrupting our work (working at home) is not provided. The building manager is also not responsive - maintenance requests are ignored. The washer frequently breaks down due to the building's bad plumbing (despite the fact that it was just redone).

New gate that was installed does not have an auto-closing arm. It was poorly installed and slams metal to metal when the gate is closed. The door and the frame grind against each other when closed.
