Great location, great management, large apartments with many amenities including fireplace, pool, and typically renovated with nice hardwood floors!

I really do enjoy living at Montana House. The location is amazing, however the management isn't as responsive as I would like. When something breaks, it is not immediately handled. There has been instances in the past where the elevator was not working, and the issue was not resolved promptly. I also strongly believe a few renovations would be beneficial to our building. Even if we had someone paint the outside of the building, I feel that it would present a drastic change, and might even result to the available unit being rented!

received ZERO support when wifi cable was ripped up between teh last tenant and myself - had to manage the construction project, spectrum representative going into teh 2 units below mine (I'm on the third floor) - it was ridiculous

Great location, no amenities, Has a pool but its in the shade most of the day. No cameras for security but you can walk Montana Ave and walk to the park as well as other places.
