Great staff, Love the building, wish owner's did too.

We love living here. We wish management invested in its property more and maintained the building structure better: - Professional paint job on stairs, balcony and the patio deck (which looks like a slum) - Provide for electric car charging - Periodic window washing.

Hidden Gem

Really amazing value considering the location. Very quiet & upscale neighborhood. The neighbors are awesome, its it a nice community. Courtyard is not maintained at all and they put very little effort into maintaining the building. However the maintenance team is amazing at resolving in unit issues.

Needs to Update A lot to Match the Beautiful Location

Great location but we need updates in the older apts! Cabinets falling apart, constant water clogs and leaks, furnace from the 70s, just feels old.

633 Ocean Ave

We all love where we live. However, it seems clear that the owners do not care about the appearance of our living area. The outdoor furniture in our courtyard is old and broken, and the back half of the courtyard looks like a prison yard - with white caulk lines all over the ground and drains that don't work. With a little paint and some new furniture it would look like the company actually cares about this building, and maybe the vacant apartments would actually get rented. Also, whenever there is any rain, there are leaks into the garage which creates a safety hazard for all. Also, the water is brown at times and I don't feel safe drinking it. I have to filter all of my drinking water for my pets and myself. I can't imagine how it meets city standards.
