Ownership needs to step up with some very cost effective improvement. - Properly, with professionals, resurface patio deck, paint balcony and railings. - Trim trees on Palisades side - Wash the exterior windows at least twice a year.

Amazing location. It is a lovely mid-century building. We love living here but wish management would do a better job of maintaining the property. All porches and railings are desperately in need of paint. (please hire professionals, the touch up done y building maintenance was a joke which wash off when it got wet) The beautiful patio is scarred by a floor surface that is decades past due in resurfacing. The wrapped and buckled "For Lease" sign should be replaced. Trees and bushes on the Palisades side need to be trimmed as they are hitting the building and encroaching on the walk way. All of the things I suggest would add value to the perception of the property. I will continue to hold out hope to see some of these addressed (professionally) some day.
