I lived here for 23 years. I like that it's more like a house and has doors and windows to street. Other than that, it's a nightmare. Thin walls, noise, uncaring owner except for trying to get rid of people to jack up rent. Cramming on a monstrosity ADU unit, slow and inadequate on repairs. I wish I could easily move but it's not so easy. Greedy owners can ruin a city. Oh.... there's not even a laundry, and parking is hazardous.
