Ive had a great experience living on 24th street! Its tucked away in a nice neighborhood and all of our neighbors are respectful and polite. Management is easy to contact for any property needs. Its affordable for being so close to the beach, and it has in-unit laundry as well as a parking space - which are HUGE perks. I give this unit a 10/10 overall!
