Great location 1month resident After one month very happy with studio wishing there were laundry services on the premise.

We have only been here for 1 month and the pros are: excellent location, dog-friendly, nice neighborhood, rental company will fix things very quickly. Cons: with the property being separated into 4 living units the noise is an ongoing issue. The insulation is not strong enough and we can hear our neighbors conversations through the walls. The company have tried to insulate more but it hasn't fixed the issue.
