Azure Apartments

The street vendors are very annoying and after a long day, no one wants to here a bike horn going off non stop for hours on in. this is happening even on the weekends and late into the night.

Its a nice place to live esp because they accept pets

Cuando venimos a vivir estaba muy bien, ahora todo esta sucio, no encuentras lugar para estacionarte dijeron de iba a llevarse los carros que no contaran con el permiso gente de fuera viene y se estaciona para entrar a la alberca, las paredes estan grafitedas, los contenedores de basura vacios y en ell piso esta la basura, la gente es cochina no levantan los desechos cuando sacan a pasear a sus mascotas etc etc

Very loud alm hours, hear music through walls and floor. Neighbors very inconciderate. Parking is a joke, we pay for additional reserved parking others are always parked in it. Downsrairs neighbors monopolize front parking and NEVER move a truck frkm ten dront which is said to be against property rules but notging is ever dont to correct it. In fact said vehicle hs NOT moved in 3 consecutive months!

My experience here hasnt been the best. Its my first apartment on my own. The beginning was great until Gabriella and Juan left. The upstairs neighbors get away with everything. Before Gabriella and Juan left i was told that they were collecting evidence to evict the upstairs neighbors. Then once the managment changed, i was told to stop complaining because the upstairs neighbors state its not them. Not only did they cause water damage to my unit and mold, they comstantly trash my patio and are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night.
