Love the area

I mean its not the greatest place ever to live, you have an extremely overpriced unit due to crappy state laws that allow corporations like this one to jack up the price every year with little to no upgrade towards the living space. Maintenance isnt too quick on fixing the important things like fixing a clogged bathtub in a timely manner. Oh but i guess changing the parking situation halfway through the agreement we signed is cery important. Had we known that the parking situation would be messed up and we are forced to park on the street because we dont want to pay $200 extra a month to park in the complex would be implemented during our first year living here maybe we would not have considered this place at all.
