Been here well over 15 years seen it go up and down in good and bad. Overall with new management it has been pretty good, stuff has worked with us and we have been able to come to agreements on certain issues, parking permits, cleaning areas,.......Location is close to all including plubic transportion, markets, stores....., On the other hand rent goes up every year. Not something that i would agree with especially trying stay a float. I understand that the economy has effect us all. But cant see why the rent goes up over $100 a year or being charge over $100 for parking permit. This in NO way is or would be a good thing to be here. Over all as a long time tenent it has been good.

Review

The property location and value is very good. We have resided in this property for almost 8 yrs now and noticed that some new residents doesn't care about their neighbors. A lot of residents are just letting their pets pooping along the parkway/ walkway without cleaning it out. Guards should be more visible to keep the property more safe, specially for the residents to have peace of mind. Thank you,

Disappointed

Maintenance is the worst....I fill out emergency requests and takes them 4 days to show up....and when they come they can't fix the problems so someone else needs to come later....that will be another 2 days so it's really bad....
