Apartment floods multiple times

My apartment has flooded 4 times in a month, construction took over a month to start and no accommodations were made to allow me to conduct my remote work during weeks of loud, invasive construction. Management is now ignoring me and sending the construction supervisor to tell me it's my problem not theirs and they will continue loud and invasive construction with no notice on dates that construction will be performed and if it stops me from working, that's my problem.
