New residents get lower rates than existing residents. I just looked up a apartment at the same location for 1750. Our rent is going up to over $2100 and our apartment is outdated. Vacant apartments are being upgraded at our facility and we are payiing more for a older unit. It just doesnt make any sense.

I have lived in this place for six years, it is very cozy, quiet, the office staff is very friendly, its manager Nora is very respectful, Dejah Priestley is very kind when going for information and wanting some repair of the apartment, the maintenance staff is very efficient and precise. Without a doubt, a very beautiful area for my family.
