Parking is expensive but it’s a great place to live with nice people.

Not the most exciting place to live at, lots of noisy college students that smoke weed, on a drunken rage they'll throw garbage and broken bottles in the pool, you'll hear loud music, college parties, fights and yelling in the middle of the night. They raise the rent 10% every year, it's expensive for what you are getting, which is a tiny apartment with little amenities. Some tenants pay $200 to $500 less than others. It has a swimming pool with no heater, and it's freezing all year around. They are good at responding to maintenance request, but if you have any other issues, they don't respond or care. They are hyper vigilant with parking permits, any car without a permit will get towed almost immediately. They also threaten to throw your towels, bikes or personal belonging if left outside. In some instances they have thrown away tenants belongings. The only positives are that's it close to the highway and beach. Some of the staff can be friendly and others can be plain rude.
