Harbor View Apartments

When I moved in, the property had not been cleaned and the deadbolt was broken, most of the outlets in the bedroom were not working, and there were a few belongings from the previous tennant left around the unit. The staff have been great about responding to and fulfuilling maintenence requests for the most part since I moved in, although I did have one issue that was supposedly addressed but nothing actually fixed, but the move in conditions were really shocking. Given that this complex has pretty exensive on site laundry, only one parking spot per unit and no guest parking, and pretty minimal amenitites, it's really too expensive to be making these kinds of foundational mistakes. Additionally, there were issues setting up utilites due to accounts being in the landlord's name and the property managers did not seem knowledgable enough to really assist. The unit itself is nice and relatively spacious, but I've only been here a week and my experience has been at most a mixed bag.

Enjoyed the manager and caretaker on the site full time.

I’ve lived here 18 years. I love the area very much, and yes I would recomend it to anyone.
