I've lived. here for a couple years. Love it. The only thing is. guest parking overnight. I wish guests could stay parked in the evening hours to be able to host dinner for my guests with out having to get a special pass. But everything else is great!

I have lived here for a year now. Can't beat the location. Parking can be challenging if you are planning to have friends over, but otherwise it's dependable with the assigned parking.

I think this is a nice place to live but if a neighbor is breaking a lease agreement, it doesn’t seem to get resolved. I have complained about smoking residents for months and no action is taken to remove the resident. I documented, called/emailed the office, called after hours, and nothing changed. A non smoking building with a 70+ page lease should take steps to Remedy the situation. It just continues and I grew tired of reporting it and nothing happening. So I bought an air purifier for my bedroom and rarely get to open the window. I pay a lot of rent and had to adjust my life to accommodate neighbors who get to Continue smoking cigarettes In their apartment.

good view,average parking, many units not ADA compatable and noise from HWY 101 can ruin the view.
