Street Parking is the worst issue and we're starting to pay monthly rent in garage from 2025. We don't even get one free spot in garage as we used to and it's very expensive. The other Tenants are complaining about this parking issue so not likely to recommend people to live here.

poor leasing office
I've been living here for a week, but the leasing office still hasn't provided me with the correct house key, leaving my home's security unprotected.

Good location
The park, Whole Foods, and a large shopping center are within walking distance. It's very good for families with children. The garage has been broken for a while now, and the fact that the shutter won't close is not good for security.

Things don’t get fixed in time
Friendly staff but late to fix things such as a broken garage door. My wife got stalked by a non-resident just following her into the garage
