Lived here for several months and I really like this property. The location is prime. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But need to note that there's not electronic charging in the parking lot.

The best apartment building right next to Downtown San Mateo

+ Walkable to stores and restaurants of Downtown San Mateo + Older building with large apartments (850 sq. ft. 1-bedroom) + Higher floors have great views + Pool cabana area newly modernized + Caltrain stop <100 yards away - No rooftop patio - Caltrain can be heard, but fades away after a couple months -

Great location, open floor plans, nice and renovated!

We moved in a month ago, and it has been amazing! The location is great, so close to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, nail salons, hair salons, CalTrain for commuting, and more! The CalTrain can be a ltitle loud, but the balcony doors are surprisingly good at insulating sound. We love the layout- it's got so much open space and natural light (unlike newer apartments), but it's all renovated so the dishwasher and floors and shower/tub are so nice. Everyone who comes to visit us is so impressed (and parking is easy for visitors too!). It would be nice if there was a community room to host parties, laundry in unit, and a jacuzzi, but we'll live without it :)

Fantastic, convenient, prime

We love our location. We decided to live here because of the weather it is awesome, its quiet, neighbors are great, building is secure, we feel safe here, we love the ammenities here (parking, pool, gym), staff is friendly and understanding, the space is big for a 1 bedroom, closet spacious enough. We would highly recommend it to any one who can afford it.

Very glad to live here!

The location is excellent, and well worth the minor noise/light pollution that's to be expected downtown. Balcony-centric apartment design is A+. IF you're moving from SF, the high square footage will be shocking.
