We've been here for several years now. It is located where we would like to be, close to parks, shopping, work. It isn't quiet due to the main road adjacent and the age of the building means walls are thin and floors creak. The building absorbs heat, I wish there could be sun shades on the balcony since the doors full face the hot sun. I don't know what else could be done but it is getting harder dealing with the heat waves. Management is quick to act on maintenance issues and they take pride in the upkeep which means a lot! I only wish it could be more pet friendly and have a shower tub, but I am in a studio so there's that.

We've lived here for two years, we are pleased with the corner unit. In an older building some maintenance issues pop up, but they get taken care of. My issue is with a neighbor who continues to smoke in unit (which exacerbates my asthma/allergies) and the loud music they play. The bush and trees around could be trimmed to limit insects that make webs around the units.
