amenities & closet space are the highlights of living here; location is good, but train noise is disturbing - cannot sleep with windows open due to the extreme noise. the corridor carpets need frequent attention - this could be prevented if garage pavement adjacent to / and in front of entry points were cleaned... example: huge piles of dirt and spills are in the garage on 2nd level and are not removed even after several requests for past 5 months.

I have been living here since a year now and it's one of the most modern constructions and features almost all top grade amenities required for a luxurious lifestyle, where one can enjoy themselves, host functions in common areas as well and chill with friends. The maintenance team is also very quick to act once a request is raised. It is a very safe neighborhood and extremely close to the caltrain as well. Good location.

For those who need to commute and looking for some apt not 'luxury', Station Park Circle is a good choice of value in this district. Maintainance and management are responsible and amenities are good. Nothing to complain and satisfied.

I really enjoy my stay at SPG since 2023. The environment is great, and the staff is nice. The only worry I have is that this is near to the call train and highway, so it's easy to hear the noise even at midnight.

This review is solely on my experience during the first couple weeks of moving in. Location: Station Park Green is favorably located in San Mateo, minutes away from Downtown, Foster City, and RIGHT by the major freeway entrances. Amenities: All we really need is a nice gym and community center. This complex has different options for both, and we're happy with the equipment and cleanliness. Rooftop pool is under maintenance but a great vibe along with the BBQ grills and rec center. Maintenance: Really quick to respond to maintenance requests. Did a good job with our move-in inspection repairs and we are happy with the work. Small mishap with obtaining a second garage key opener, as we are paying for two parking spots. But staff handled the situation promptly. Overall great experience so far. Happy with how clean the unit is, the convenient location, and responsiveness of the SPG and Essex Staff.
