The thoughts i have on this subjrct is mixed. .The staff are extremmely kind and helpful 2. My refrigerator has twice gone out and i have lost over $700.00 dollars worrh of groceries and no reimbusment. 3. The swimming pool area is always crowed so you can never really use it. 4. Late night in the parking lot they pary they party and i go out to my car and there is alcohol bottles by my tires and lots of trash 5.Someone is feeding cats under the carport so it is attraching los of cats. 6. Its difficult to get packages because of the gate issues no the delivers sometimes cant gain access or you have to be at the gate for packages or guest 7. The gate to the under carport is always stuck or open. 8. The apartments are not worrh what they charge I played my music too loud way before ten and neighbors knocked on my door and said keep it down and i dont want to have to come back dont make me ill be mad. Cant wait until my lease is up so that i can move and dont have be afraid of where i live.

I’ve lived here for approximately a year. This place can be so much more if they enforced the rules which they state; smoking within the grounds, pet owners who do not pick up waste, consistency with fees, specifically garbage fees are excessive, respect for where we live with picking up garbage to name a few. Maintenance workers try their best and do a good job but the tenants need to respect where we live and they’re a big part of the problem.

It’s okay, you get what you pay for. Most residents are peaceful and respectful. They put out a few rules but rarely do I see follow through or enforcement. Since it’s a pet friendly community, which is nice, many residents don’t pick up their poop inside and outside the complex, that’s disturbing. There are enough receptacles and they even provide the bags, some people are just lazy.

Great community, everyone is nice, children well behaved, quiet place , even has dog park, ground's upkept well. Staff is caring and quick.
