The inside of the apartment needs to be upgraded. The elevator is very old and always breaks down. The office is never open. It's difficult getting in contact with anyone from the leasing office.

We can not keep a leasing manager. No one is every available in the office for help. Things keeps breaking down. The washer and dryers don't work and takes your money. When I submit a ticket for a refund you never hear back or get the refund. Their system does not allow you to speak with anyone.

I've been here for years. We can never seem to keep a manger or get help with anything. The elevator and parking gate always break. The sewage line always break and leave hazardous feces running all over the back entry way. We haven't been able to use the pool all summer. The washer and dryer system is always offline from the internet.
