I have lived here since 2021, during the peak of the pandemic. The transition was great and management has always been very helpful. The neighbors are extremely friendly. The apartments overall feel safe for me and my kids since it is in a gated community and there is security at nights. If there are any maintenance issues, it is resolved instantly. THE CONS: Tenants have one assigned parking stall, but parking for guests is pretty much non-existent, you have to race back home during the work week to beat someone for a guest parking if not you will find yourself parking in the Safeway parking lot across the street, which isn't safe. Also, rent is increasing 4% to 5% after each lease ends, not sure if this is normal, but the price has gotten significantly higher, which is the reason I am moving when my lease ends. With what I'm paying for a just a 1 bedroom I can find a 2 bedroom elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the community and staff here are amazing.

Viiagw of Taxco is a great starter apartment. Ots a great value compared to the surrounding “luxury” buildings that will charge you double for half the space. The only improvments to be made are cleanliness to the pool/hot tub and laundry room. Both get very filthy very quickly. Other than that, the geounds are beautiful to walk around and is very conveniently located across a grocery store and downtown shops with many local shops and restaurants. Overall 8.5/10 would definitely recommend to others!
