I have lived here for almost 5 years. Much about living here is fantastic. The only thing I have issue with is the management. They won't let you have a door mat, but turn a blind eye when other "lease violations" are made such as having dogs off leash, not picking up pet waste (watch your step around here!) and smoking.

I have been living in Palm Valley community for 4 years now and it's the best place to live. Place is very quiet lots of parking I currently live in villa veneto and looking to live in this property for a long time, there amenities are nice and clean the neighborhood is also very great and safe I would definitely recommend this place there staff is friendly and very helpful.

The location is great. Maintenance takes a while to respond to tickets sometimes. Noise is pretty minimal. We enjoy our apartment

Been here for almost 4 years - the quality of Villa Veneto apartment living has diminished and continues to get worse... For now I would not recommend this place to anyone.
