I have been living in Palm Valley community for 4 years now and it's the best place to live. Place is very quiet lots of parking I currently live in villa veneto and looking to live in this property for a long time, there amenities are nice and clean the neighborhood is also very great and safe I would definitely recommend this place there staff is friendly and very helpful.

The location is great. Maintenance takes a while to respond to tickets sometimes. Noise is pretty minimal. We enjoy our apartment

office staff are sweet talking but rarely helpful. Seems like they do not understand tenants paying market prices. Maintenance crew is nice, helpful and efficient. Noise in the complex has increased over the past 4 years. Animal barking early in the morning walks is a distraction. Pool and gym are very nice amentias. Amenities such as cooking classes, complimentary coffee and social events have disappeared. Those are the type of amenities that make a complex above average. Too bad they were never restored but market rents keep climbing Everyone complains about rent increases but there is no consideration given for tenants with a long and excellent history. Sad!
