Overall, I am satisfied
I have been living at The Standard for a little over a year now and I am pretty satisfied. This is my first apartment that I have rented for myself/by myself and it is quite comfortable and secure. The garage is a great addition, albeit the guest/secondary parking outside can be hard to come by. The electric keypads don't always work, the carpeted hallways don't always look the cleanest, and the elevators seem to be out of order quite a bit, but it hasn't affected me too much at this point, besides some minor inconveniences at times. The direct area around The Standard is ok, but your are not too far from downtown Willow Glen, which is a nicer area. In addition, I really like having the 24hr gym and the package lockers are super convenient. Overall, I have had a good experience at The Standard and I would recommend it.

Excellent Rental Community
Great location, awesome maintenance crew and property management folks are really professional and fiendly! Improved a lot with the false fire alarms and more secured garage parking

Great experience!
I've lived here for two years and the apartment has been upgrading its facilities such as the gate access system and package storage. It's becoming more and more convenient.

Excellent Community Management
I was hesitant to move to this community initially due to the frequent fire alarms but that has completely been resolved and I really like living here due to the community amenites and the property management. They are the best and also special mention for the maintenance guys. 5/5!
