I have been living in this facility with my family for 4 years. It's been great and we love to be here. location, safety, maintenance... most of all, everything is ok. especially, I want to appreciate the maintenance, which has been impressive. Of course, I would recommend this place if someone asks me regarding the living in this apartment. thanks!

Facilities like swimming pool cleanliness and maintenance can be improved. Common areas are not cleaned on regular basis

Great location, very close to everything you need in a few block radius! Location, Location, Location! First parking is a garage fed space at no charge and is great, very conveniently close to your apartment. Very convenient if you are on the 1st floor, on higher floors it would be hard because of the stairs however the units are priced competitive because of this. Parking for the second car or more is where things are an issue, almost no parking inside after 6pm and street parking also very limited. No real amenities only a pool and fitness center with no bbq area... Sad. The park across the street has no Bathroom area??! Finishes in the home are good even for "non renovated model" Carpet in the 1st floor homes don’t t make sense???! Staff is amazing and very responsive, always very clear communication. Five Stars for the team (maintenance and resident relations).

everything is completely fine, except for kitchen garbage disposal needed to fix and washer, dryer, the lint stayed all on clothes. No complaint . Super especially all the staff and supervisors. Plus the Manager.

Over all like the apartment view. The management team isn't very quick to respond. Also feel like there is too many maintance issues, and that there is too much always being done. whether it is power washing or painting or sprinkler house inspections, it is a bit much.
