I think the property is kept fairly clean, however, I keep asking for the same maintances as garage disposal continuously doesn't turn on, and the 3rd party vendor fixing various things continuously is a bit much as many times we have to arrange pet sitters for continual entries.

Love living here. Only small complaints is some of the rules are a little silly like not allowing us to have a doormat and the guest parking isnt monitored and the same cars are parked there for days.
