Great Place!

My roommates and I have been here for a month, and we enjoy so much about the location. A significant benefit for us is the parking spots and the addition of guest parking as we often have friends and family over. Neighbors are also friendly and quiet.

Loud and frugal ownership

My wife and I have not slept well here for over a year due to loud neighbors. If you currently live here and are experiencing any loud neighbor activities, I encourage you to document it and report to management as many times as it takes. We loved the property, unfortunately this ruined our experience.

Good location but too much noise

Apartment is newly removated. We love that it's close to our workplace and is close to downtown. Amenities are okay and clean. Only thing we don't like is that there's too much noise, the walls are too thin we can hear the neighbors playing loud music, windows are not soundproofed as well we can hear all the cars and people passing by and every noise from the outside.
