Small Nice apartment Complex, has a sharimg space for washers and dryers 3 of ea. Laundromat near by & willow glen downtown at walking distance. Neighbors have gotten worse with time, people move in n out very often. There is a mixture of old and renovated units, expect to hear noise if sharing walls. Walls are paper thin. Occasional water heater issues/ leaks. Manager will not answer right away. They will add expenses like plumber fee’s if they come to fix a leak. No Central Ac/ Heater, No recessed lighting. If you live in a bottom unit natural light will be minimal. Gated, very minimal disturbances in apt complex.

Close to freeway, minutes away to down town willow glen and friendly parks. The Building itself is old. Water pressure is off, takes forever to fill a pot with water. Thin walls, I can hear the upstairs neighbor phone vibrate at 5 am. Parking for one car, with little space to get out on either sides. My unit was updated compared to the other ones that still look very 90’s inside, except for a handful of units. Management isn’t the best, expect to be billed for maintenance issues. The rent itself is decent, the only thing great about the apartment complex is quiet neighbors, and great location, and it’s gated.

I lived at this residence for 4 years and never had any major issues. It is a great location, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. The space itself is nice. Remodeled so everything looks modern and works well. Parking is a bit of an issue. It is hard to have friends or family over just for dinner with the street parking always being so full and there is no guest parking. The walls are VERY thin as well. I could hear the stereo and the TV of the person below me and I could hear the person next to me talking on the phone until 1 in the morning. Overall, it was a nice place to live, not worth what they are charging for rent though.
