I am not at all pleased with how this company is run. It took me 3 weeks to get a mailbox key, programmed into the front gate console, still have not gotten a access code from the front gate console. I have tried contacting my agent for several days with no response. The portal I have been sent does not let me pay for rent that I was told it would be. I have been trying for the last week to pay rent. It is going to be the 4th of Feb and STILL cannot pay rent. I have tried calling the office several times, no one is there to answer calls or an answering machine. I am trying to be patient. But, as of the fifth I will be late paying rent. I do not think that I should be penalized for paying rent late. Since it is not my fault. Please tell me what to do? I Please tell me where I can go to pay my rent!

I have lived in your unit for a month now. And I am still trying to get stuff that was promised to me. Took almost 3 weeks for me to get a mail box key. About that long to get me put on the front gate console. Still have not gotten a access code for the front gate console. I have been trying to pay rent for the past week. And the portal that was sent to me doesn't give me the option to pay rent, like I was told when I looked and rented the apartment. I have tried to reach out to my contact and still have not been able to get a response. Called the office with no answer or answering machine. It is going to be the 4th of the month. And cannot pay rent. I am going to be penalized for paying. When I have been trying to for a week or so. Please tell me what to do. As it stands Im going to have to go to the office on Wed, cause no one will help me.
