The Trust is self-conscious about being perceived as an expensive and elitist living arrangement, yet year over year, they will impose above market rent increases.

Like everyone we also love the presidio but the new parkik restrictions will push people away. People are finding new ways to hack the system and some visitors now park on Riley where we live.

Living in the Presidio is great. The rent is pretty expensive and but the staff and maintenance are incredible and we love that our rent goes to support a park. The Presidio go bus is very crowded and most people that ride it do not have a pass so that would be one area I’d like the Presidio to look into.
